Authorized prison gangs are permitted to conduct jump-ins, killings, checks, and other illicit activities within secluded areas provided they use the /pevent command to alert correctional officers if it would feasibly be noticed. This necessitates players reporting through /pevent if their character would be missing at count time for whatever reason. Count times are periodically conducted on an IC basis, so any inmate missing from their cell at a designated timeframe would be noticed. This cannot always feasibly be represented in-game, but if your character is in prison they are being watched by correctional officers on closed-circuit television and through one-way windows. The prison is manned 24/7 by correctional officers on an in-character basis who watch every cellblock and patrol inmate-access areas.

All characters you create cannot interact with each other in any way. Players who repeatedly engage in this behavior across several characters will be liable for admin action. After all, roleplay evolves; and as long as it’s readable, a good story is being told, and character development, fairness and realism are upheld, I see no reason as to why people couldn’t use this kind of sentence structure in their commands. You can also research stuff as, their culture, like, if you’re roleplaying a Mexican character, you can search what kind of music they listen to, their food, the story of Mexico, things like that. Muggings should only ever involve a maximum of four (4) participants, though using less people is more realistic and strongly encouraged. You’re allowed to mug players anywhere outside city limits (county) except in cities (such as Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores). Roleplaying usually envolved characters that have obstacles to outcome and keeps them from achieving their goals. Bro wants to turn the server into John Wick simulator. I can show a thousand videos of people acting stupid in face of life ending threats and the like, being shot at, stabbed etc or threatened with it and they either live or die. The fear-RP rule is there to remind players to roleplay realistically in those situations. You already see the same people doing report wars over guns lost, now there’s gonna be more guns lost all across the board, more reports thrown with hopes that it sticks to get refunds.

In order to obtain a shank/weapon within prison, characters are required to obtain approval from their prison representative OOC and then should make a /report in order to obtain the shank with proof of roleplay done. There are no limitations on drug and weapon scams, or on loans (a name-change / CK during an active loan will lead to your money being removed and given back to the loan contract owner). Admins may request a player to change their character’s customization if they deem it unfit for the server environment. Fear RP is there to ensure that people care about their characters lives, rather than trying to be someone who’s unable to be robbed. However, characters may smuggle items to a prison facility at their own risk if they roleplay hiding it on their person through the use of screenshots.
